Before Mom goes to the hospital

When mom gets in her two week window, its time to start packing for the hospital. Lets face it who wants to think about packing when youre in labor? If you go into labor when youre not at home, someone can easily pickup your bag for you. This way, you will be more comfortable. The following list details the items you want to have ready for the hospital:

  • Nightgown
  • Robe
  • Socks
  • Slippers
  • Change of close to leave the hospital
  • Book, crossword puzzle, etc. something to fill time when youre up all night


When Baby first comes home

When baby first comes home, everything and everyone will be in confusion. If you have everything ready, the transition will be a little easier. The following list details what you need to have ready for babys big homecoming:

  • First and foremost, make sure you have an approved carseat to take the baby home in. Most hospitals will not let the baby leave unless there is a carseat.
