Unlike most of the tutus out there, our tutus are sewn, not tied, and the elastic waistband is covered with super soft satin fabric. These tutus are durable, comfortable and made in the USA. Perfect for dress up, Halloween, portraits, birthday parties and play time. Soft satin covered waistband stretches to fit sizes 0-12 month, 12 month-2T, 2T-4T, youth 5-8.
